Who is this retreat designed for?

All are welcome!  This retreat is designed for anyone who loves to practice yoga.  Whether you’re a beginner who is looking to gain a better understanding of yoga postures and practices or a practiced yogi who wants to reset and renew your practice.  

 

Yoga is inclusive and so are we.  Our intention is to create a safe and supportive retreat for people of all colors, genders, ages, orientations, and abilities.

What is included?

Here is what is included in this incredible retreat:

  • 1-2 yoga practices each day

  • An opportunity to experience different styles of yoga - Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative

  • Engaging discussions and informative workshops

  • A detailed program manual to support you after our retreat

  • Time away in a magical setting in the mountains

  • Accommodations for 3 nights

  • Meals and healthy snacks - 3 meals/day on Friday and Saturday; Breakfast on Sunday; Snacks & Water throughout the weekend

  • Access to sauna and hot tub

  • An opportunity to meet like-minded friend

 

ALL ROOMS MAY BE SHARED as part of this immersive experience.  

THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF PRIVATE ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL PRICE.  See pricing info below and register  as soon as possible to reserve a private room.  

Please know that all scheduled events are optional.  Participants are encouraged to listen to their own inner voice and to find their own balance of structured activities and free time for personal reflection and relaxation.  

In addition to the primary program, there will also be optional self-care options which may include astrology readings, personal photo shoot, and/or massage therapy.  More information will be provided via email prior to the retreat.

After July 30, 2024, 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received on or before August 31, 2024.

 

Full payment must be submitted on or before August 31, 2024.  No refunds will be issued after that date.

A limited number of private rooms are available and are guaranteed only for those who register for the Private Room option.  All other participants will have their own mattress/bed, but may be in a shared room with 2-3 other people.

Retreat Facilitator - Calista Ocean

Calista is a writer, yoga teacher, and adventure-seeker.  She’s passionate about inviting others to journey through the beauty of their inner landscape by practicing yoga and self-reflection.  Her classes and workshops combine postures, breathwork, dynamic movement, and visualization to support students who long to reconnect with their body and remember their own wisdom. Calista started teaching yoga in 2002 after receiving her first 200-hour teaching certification from Integrative Yoga Therapy.  She continued to study with various teachers and completed teacher training with Embody Tantra in 2016, renewed her 200-hour certification through Shivakali Yoga in 2019 and completed the Shivakali 300-hour Teacher Training in 2022.
